Mass Appeal Customer Service?

Has anyone here bought anything from Mass Appeal? I have tried contacting their customer service many times over the past month and still have not received a single reply. I have sent several separate emails and no one ever gets back to me. I am shocked at how poor their customer service has been.

I am trying to find out if a specific hoodie in size 2XL will be restocked. Does anyone know how often they restock items or how likely it is for sold out products to return? Do they restock on a regular schedule or are items usually gone for good once they sell out?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. This has been very frustrating.
