Saw this TikTok once where fashion blogger/critic Rian Phin talks about artists like playboi carti and young thug and their relation to the fashion scene in Atlanta, but I can no longer find the video. I remember in it she talked about how rick owens became a fixture of trap music and Atlanta club clothes but I was wondering if anyone here has more info on this.

I think there’s something abt this that ties into what was going on in NYC at the time with hoodbyair taking off but I’m not totally certain.
